ANALYSIS AND
ENGAGEMENT
An integrated campaign of knowledge mobilisation, original research, agenda-setting articles and convening to lead the conversation on biodiversity.
01
The objective:
Showcase a leading Australian law firm’s expertise at the intersection of nature, business and finance
A leading Australian law firm wanted to highlight its deep expertise in nature-based solutions and the risks and opportunities of the transition to a nature-positive economy for business and finance. Our client wanted to engage and inform their own clients, as well as reach a new, wider audience.
02
Our approach:
An integrated programme of analysis, content and engagement, starting with knowledge mobilisation
We began by conducting a thorough landscape analysis of the public debate about nature and biodiversity in Australia and identified priority angles and themes to achieve cut-through. Our content strategy included a series of short articles and an in-depth thought leadership report based on exclusive expert interviews. The report was published the same week the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures published its framework, ensuring maximum impact. An exclusive roundtable discussion enabled our client to engage directly with leading stakeholders.
03
The outcome:
Our client is established as a leading voice on nature and business in Australia
Combining knowledge mobilisation, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement, our approach cemented our client as a leading expert on the risks and opportunities for Australian businesses and investors in transitioning to a nature-positive economy. The project has resulted in greater exposure for the firm and deeper direct relationships with leading stakeholders.
While nature is complex, it does not have to be complicated to understand.
The key starting point is to ask the basic question: How is our business or capital portfolio dependent on nature?
